2.- PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
Why do we process the personal data of clients and users?
- Contractual purposes for service provision. In compliance with a contract, agreement, or request, formalized in any legally accepted manner, CAROL GASTRONOMÍA, SL processes personal data to provide services related to its business activities. How long are personal data retained?

This request must include the reference “Data Protection” and contain the following information: the User’s full name, address for notification purposes, a photocopy of their National Identity Document or Passport, and a specific request detailing the petition. In the case of representation, this must be duly accredited through a valid document.
However, and even though its use is highly recommended for greater efficiency, the User may exercise these rights via email at info@uauu.cat, including the same information as required for postal requests and stating “Data Protection” in the email subject line.
In addition to the aforementioned rights, the User has the right to withdraw their previously granted consent at any time through the procedure described above. This withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of prior data processing. CAROL GASTRONOMÍA, SL may continue processing the User’s data to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.
CAROL GASTRONOMÍA, SL reminds the User that they have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
Unsubscribing from newsletters and informational communications
The User has the right to revoke, at any time, their consent for receiving commercial and informational communications through the designated channels, requesting to stop receiving such messages. Therefore, the User may either withdraw their consent or click on the unsubscribe link included in each commercial communication, automatically canceling the reception of commercial and informational electronic communications.
